JOB DESCRIPTION

The position of Technical Lead entails a pivotal responsibility within our in-house project, where you will assume a vital role in overseeing the technical aspects. Your role encompasses strategic planning, meticulous work structuring, and assuming technical ownership over the entire development lifecycle. 

A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to hands-on engagement with both hardware and software development. You will guide and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, leveraging your technical expertise to drive innovation and efficiency. Your insights will influence decisions on technology adoption, coding practices, and architectural design, thereby shaping the project's trajectory. In this role you will get to work with the largest industrial companies as well as smaller start-ups and innovation companies. The team is based in our development studio for external customer projects throughout Sweden.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor education in Electronics/Mechatronics or similar.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in product development
• Good knowledge of programming in C
• PCB design, such as schematic drawing, layout, and component selection
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Merits if you have experience with:

• Real-time systems, such as zephyr or FreeRTOS
• Robot framework
